The Terraces Paddington was completed in May 2019. The award-winning over 55's community comprises 79 stunning independent living units as well as a 100-bed residential aged care facility housed in a separate building on-site.
The Terraces, Paddington has been announced the Urban Development Institute of Australia's UDIA 2021 National Award Winner of Seniors' Living Award and President's Award. The Awards recognise and reward excellence and innovation in the urban development industry.
